Every time someone walked in, a strong gust of wind would blow through. Moreover, our table was situated right next to an air conditioning vent. Since I have three young children with me, I requested to move to a different seatβeven though there were plenty of empty tables available. Eventually, they turned off the AC, but even then, you could still feel a powerful blast of cold air. After putting us through all of that, they had the audacity to handwrite a note on the receipt at checkout, stating that a gratuity was "mandatory for parties." I have to ask: what exactly are you so worried about? Are you afraid you won't get tipped? Perhaps you should focus on improving your own service instead. I will never go back; the whole experience was absolutely disgusting. Oh, and by the wayβthe ordering screens were completely covered in grease.

I am a big fan of Korean BBQ, but this place is not it at all. So we initially went to this area to go to the Japanese cheesecake bakery, and we were going to get some Ramen after. The Ramen place was closed, so we quickly decided to go get Korean barbecue from 356 Korean BBQ. That was our first mistake of the night. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes for a table, which isnβt unheard of considering it was a busy night, we were finally after about 30 minutes seated at a table that was right in front of an open door where the bar was and the entrance was, it was sort of cold that night so every time anyone opened the door, it was super cold. I asked to be placed at another table and was told that there was no other tables available, but people continued to pour in and be seated at the other tables, even after additional tables became open there was still no offer to move us. As I looked around I realized that my boyfriend and I was the only black couple there. This is interesting to note because we were the only ones sat in the worst seating at the restaurant. In the time I was there, I did not see anyone else seated at that table. This to me was considered the worst seating because it

Food was decent, service good. Huge design flaw or lack of cleaning under the table. After our meal i find oil was leaking on my pants! I also checked other reviews and others received burns. Thankfully I had pants on but they are ruined. I let the server know, she went to get the manager, manager no charged the one drink on the bill that drink was not even mine. Manager never showed their face. Now I am out $80 pants and only got OK food. I dont recommend this place at all.

Business hours say they close at midnight, but last call was a lil after 10? Midnight must be when theyβre all tucked into bed, cause we were kicked out so early that we made it home before midnight. Mind you, we live in the high desert. We arrived around 10:20, were seated, but told they were doing last call. We were able to put in one round, had to pay immediately, and the whole place was emptied out by 11. We paid $120 (pre-tip) for one small round, and two drinks. Why say you close at midnight if you close by 10:30? Please consider adjusting your business hours to match when you stop accepting orders. I recommend a closing time of 10pm. We drove almost 50 miles from the high desert to try this place, and feel like we didn't even get to enjoy the experience. We spent maybe 30 minutes here. Such a bummer. Had we known, we would've gone to our usual favorite spot. Food and drinks were very good, otherwise. They were moderately busy when we arrived, so they must be good. My husband is pissed, though. He said never again. Hopefully I can eventually convince my husband to give this place another try!

First time here and had a great time. We had a large party (18 people) and we were there for a birthday celebration. Our server, Brie, explained the menu and made a few suggestions (garlic pork belly- thick cut was high on the list). She was a lot of fun and made it enjoyable. Our food and drinks came quickly a soon we were grilling and enjoying the food. The cuts were tender and flavorful. We will visit again.
